Lam kriya to be done only once in a day.

Lam Kriya can be done any time in a day, but before sunrise is advised if you are looking for wish manifestation.

Lam Kriya will not work, if Kundalini yoga/Surya namaskar & 6 pranayam is skipped.

Lam Kriya doesn't work, if naturopathy diet is not followed.

Lam Kriya cannot be taught to others not even to family members (as diksha / atteunment) is mandatory. It's a self healing meditation.

For full results, practice for 49 days without a break.

Healing crisis i.e. detox symptoms, physical, emotional, mental, negative thoughts are common during 49 days is normal, continue daily practice.

The more you do charity/seva (10% of your income donation every month) in old age home, orphanage centre, Gaushala, along with Lam Kriya Dhyan consistent practice, you will be blessed with more than what you deserve & wish.
